Job Description
Kuza Ventures seeks a Fundraising Manager to lead donor acquisition and stewardship for NGO programs in Karachi. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (HEC-recognized; top-tier preferred) and 7–10 years of fundraising experience with reputable non-profits required. You will develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage high-net-worth, institutional and Zakat donor portfolios, secure major gifts, lead donor communications and stewardship, coordinate engagement events and site visits, represent the organization at philanthropic forums, and report pipeline and performance to senior leadership. Prior Zakat and faith-based fundraising experience preferred. Full-time, in-person. Salary Rs400,00–Rs450,00 per month.
