Job Description
Mash Holdings seeks a Chat Support CSR to provide fast, professional chat assistance and backup support across departments. Responsibilities include responding to chats, resolving queries with accurate information, maintaining perfect written English, multitasking between chats and support tasks, and collaborating within the team. Requirements: strong typing accuracy, excellent written English and grammar, prior chat/customer support experience preferred; basic accounting knowledge a plus. Location: Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore. Shift: Morning from 10:00 AM (10-hour shift). Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs50,00/month.
