Job Description

We seek customer-focused candidates (freshers welcome) to handle inbound/outbound calls, provide product information, resolve issues, record interactions, support lead generation, and meet targets. Requirements: intermediate or bachelor’s degree preferred, strong English/local language communication, customer-oriented problem solving, basic MS Office skills; call center experience a plus.
