Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Manager Brand at Pharma, reporting to the Brand Manager/Senior Manager, Marketing, to support brand strategy, execute marketing campaigns, and coordinate product launches. You will work with agencies and cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure consistent brand communication, manage budgets, monitor market trends, and track campaign performance. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred), 3–5 years in brand/marketing (FMCG or Pharma preferred), and strong ATL/BTL/digital experience. Required skills include brand execution, communication, analytics, creativity, time management, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Full-time, in-person. Salary from Rs200,00/month.
