Job Description
Pharma is hiring a Senior Manager, Planning to lead production, material planning, and demand forecasting for pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will develop monthly/quarterly/annual production plans, lead S&OP with Sales, Marketing, Production, QA, and Procurement, manage MRP to ensure raw material and packaging availability, monitor schedules to handle capacity or demand changes, optimize inventory to avoid excess, expiry, and stock-outs, ensure GMP and regulatory compliance, analyze KPIs (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns), support product launches and ERP (SAP/Oracle) improvements, and mentor the planning team. Requirements: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred), 10–15 years in pharma planning, SAP PP/MM preferred. Full-time, in-person. Salary from Rs350,00/month.
