Job Description
We are hiring a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist responsible for accurate coding, claim submission, and revenue cycle management for our healthcare facility.
Key duties include assigning ICD-10 and CPT codes, preparing and submitting insurance claims, resolving denials, reconciling payments, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and payer regulations.
Requirements: certification (CPC, CCA, or equivalent), proficiency with EHR and billing software, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and 1+ years of medical billing experience.
