Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Operations Supervisor to support daily operations, supervise frontline staff, enforce SOPs, and maintain productivity and quality. You will assist the Operations Supervisor with scheduling, training, performance monitoring, inventory control, and reporting; identify and resolve operational issues; implement safety and improvement initiatives; and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Required: 2+ years in operations or manufacturing, leadership experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems. Flexible schedule and ability to work under pressure preferred. This role reports to the Operations Manager and offers hands-on supervisory experience.
