Job Description
Join LALA Group of Companies as a TeleSales Manager to lead a team of X–Y agents, develop scripts and campaigns, set KPIs, monitor performance, and coordinate with marketing and product teams. You will recruit, train and coach staff, maintain CRM and data integrity, handle escalated customer issues, and ensure quality, compliance, and strong retention. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or related field; X years in telesales/inside sales with supervisory experience; excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, CRM and MS Office skills; target-driven and organized. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs50,00–Rs100,00/month. Work Location: On-site.
