Job Description
The Institutional Manager at Caraway Pharmaceutical will drive institutional sales and lead business development across an assigned territory. You will build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and decision-makers, execute regional business plans, oversee multiple projects to ensure timely delivery, and monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Requirements: graduate degree and 2–3 years’ experience in institutional sales or business development. We seek a self-motivated team player with excellent communication and CRM skills, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to perform under pressure. Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: Rs70,00–Rs90,00/month. Work Location: In person.
