Job Description
Hi Volts Guitar Shop is hiring an experienced, hands-on Retail Manager to run daily store operations at Bahria Phase 4 Rawalpindi and/or F-7 Islamabad. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, drive sales growth, control costs, and deliver excellent customer service. Required: proficiency with MS Office (Excel), basic math, strong communication, results-driven leadership, strategic planning, honesty, friendliness, self-motivation, and a passion for music and instruments. Full-time position with competitive salary (Rs45,00–Rs85,00/month) plus commission and bonus. This in-person role is ideal for an energetic manager who can meet sales and profit targets while maintaining smooth shop operations.
