Job Description
Lead daily terminal operations, including cargo handling, yard management, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and team supervision. Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, and customs to optimize throughput and on-time performance. Manage budgets, report KPIs, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Require bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field, 5+ years terminal or port management experience, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, and knowledge of safety and regulatory standards. Familiarity with terminal operating systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
