Job Description
Imtiaz Super Market seeks a Floor Manager – Non-Food. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred); 5–8 years retail experience with at least 2 years in non-food categories (Baby Care/Newborn, Health & Beauty, Household, Fashion & Accessories, Textile & Hosiery, Electronics & Multimedia). Responsibilities: plan, monitor, and direct selling activities to meet sales targets and profit margins while minimizing shrinkage; maintain specialized product knowledge; review and approve ordering (daily, weekly, or permanent) to ensure merchandise availability and service levels; coordinate with the buying team on promotional campaigns and merchandising displays. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
