Job Description
We are hiring a Local Customer Service Representative at Xcentric Services to join our student consultancy team. You will be the first point of contact for students and parents, guiding inquiries about study abroad options, admissions, visas, documentation, and scheduling counseling. Responsibilities include answering calls, emails, and social media messages; maintaining CRM records; coordinating with counselors and the documentation team; and supporting events and marketing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred Business/Communication), fresh graduates welcome, excellent Urdu communication, strong interpersonal skills, MS Office proficiency, and organized multitasking. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs20,00-25,00 per month.
