Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. You will research target accounts, engage decision-makers via calls and email, qualify opportunities, and book demos for Account Executives. Mentor junior SDRs, optimize outreach sequences, and maintain accurate CRM records. Required: 3+ years in B2B sales development, strong communication, proven quota attainment, and experience with Salesforce or similar tools. This role values initiative, persistence, and data-driven improvement to accelerate revenue growth.
