Job Description
The Success Ventures in Chakwal is hiring an experienced Service Advisor for a full-time role (9:00 AM–5:30 PM). You will manage customer service, vehicle inspections, and workshop coordination. Duties: greet customers, diagnose vehicle issues, prepare job cards and estimates, coordinate with technicians, ensure timely vehicle delivery, handle follow-ups and feedback, and maintain service records. Requirements: Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical (mandatory), 3–4 years’ relevant experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs; dealership experience preferred.
