Job Description
Next Level Software seeks a professional Upwork Bidder to generate leads, craft customized proposals, communicate with clients, and convert bids into long-term projects. This role (full-time or part-time) requires strong proposal-writing and communication skills. Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs100,00 per month. Expected hours: 25 per week. Work location: In person. Ideal candidates are organized, client-focused, familiar with Upwork processes, and able to manage multiple proposals while maintaining high win rates.
