Job Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager – Agriculture to drive sales and expand market share across the assigned territory. You will build and maintain relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors, develop territory plans, meet sales targets, and report market feedback. Frequent travel and team coordination required.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business, 3+ years of B2B agricultural sales experience, proven leadership and negotiation skills, data-driven, valid driver’s license, and excellent communication. Ability to analyze market trends and coach sales representatives preferred. Competitive salary plus incentives.
