Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bid and Proposal Specialist to manage and develop winning proposals for government and commercial tenders. You will coordinate stakeholders, develop compliant bid documents, write and edit content, manage timelines, and ensure pricing and supporting materials are accurate. The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ proposal experience, strong writing and project management skills, familiarity with procurement processes, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
