Job Description
We seek a performance-driven Business Development Executive (Sales Development Representative) for Airmate in Pakistan (remote or on-site). Full-time role with a base salary of 35,00–40,00 PKR plus high commission. You will prospect, book qualified meetings, follow up warm and cold leads, close service-based deals, track pipeline, and report results. Minimum one year of sales/closing experience required. Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills, self-motivation, discipline, and spoken English preferred. Proven ability to consistently hit monthly revenue targets and close deals independently.
