Job Description
Responsible for reviewing and validating medical records and claims to ensure accuracy, eligibility, and compliance with policies. You will verify documentation from providers, communicate with healthcare facilities, flag discrepancies, and maintain detailed audit trails in our verification system. Requires attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA awareness, and proficiency with data entry and case management software. Previous experience in medical records, claims processing, or healthcare administration preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize caseloads under deadlines are essential.
