Job Description
Raheem Bukhsh Construction & Realestate seeks a Concrete Batch Plant Manager to oversee daily plant operations. The role includes managing daily production, machine operation and maintenance, quality and inventory control, manpower supervision, cost control, and daily reporting to the CEO. You will perform all factory manager duties to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. This is a full-time, in-person position. Strong leadership, technical knowledge of batching processes, and attention to detail are required.
