Job Description
Grand City seeks a proactive Purchase Officer to manage procurement for real estate and construction projects in Faisalabad. Responsibilities include sourcing materials and services, negotiating prices and delivery terms, maintaining procurement records and databases, coordinating with project teams and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and quality compliance, and monitoring market trends. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, 2–5 years’ procurement experience in construction/real estate, strong negotiation and vendor management skills, familiarity with construction materials and local markets, excellent organizational and analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP. Full-time, on-site role. Monthly salary: Rs60,00–Rs75,00.
