Job Description

Variant Architecture seeks a full-time Building Manager to greet residents, guests, and contractors; handle requests, complaints, and service follow-ups; monitor equipment, cleanliness, safety, and common areas; support move-ins/outs; coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security; report repairs and hazards; perform basic administration (logs, emails, notices); and enforce building rules professionally. Ideal candidates have hotel/front-desk customer-service experience, calm problem-solving skills, and friendly professional communication. Pay: Rs45,00–Rs55,00/month. Location: In person.
