Job Description
Join our team as a Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve customer interactions. You will review calls and chats, score agent performance against standards, provide constructive coaching, create reports, and recommend process improvements. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of QA or call center experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with quality frameworks and reporting tools. Responsibilities include developing evaluation criteria, conducting calibration sessions, supporting training, and tracking KPIs to drive service quality and compliance. Proactive problem-solving and confidentiality are required.
