Job Description
At Law Communications seeks a full-time on-site Fresh CSR to provide phone, email, and live chat support, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records. Candidates should have customer service skills, excellent communication and active listening, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities. Experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent (Business Administration focus preferred). Shift: Night (7:00 PM–5:00 AM).
