Job Description

Ventures seeks a full-time, in-person Client Logistics Coordinator. Make 15–20 inbound/outbound calls/day to company leads; explain services, pricing, and shipment details; convert leads to bookings; maintain follow-up and update booking records. Stable base salary plus attractive commission — no quota pressure. Requirements: 6–12 months US/UK sales experience, excellent English, professional phone, persuasion/negotiation skills; brokerage experience preferred. Shift: 7:30 PM–4:30 AM. Training and company leads provided; long-term growth and transparent payouts.
