Job Description
Tekboox, a US-based IT company, is urgently hiring Fresher Customer Support Representatives for the US healthcare market on behalf of Physicians Revenue Group. Freshers (intermediate or graduate) with strong English communication, basic computer and typing skills, and willingness to work night shifts are encouraged to apply. Candidates with health or medical education are preferred. Responsibilities include patient support and problem-solving in a fast-paced, onsite environment. Excellent verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and positive interpersonal skills required. Shift: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM. Location: DHA Y Block, Phase 3, Lahore. Full-time; salary Rs50,00–Rs80,00/month.
