Job Description
Diputech is hiring a dedicated Female Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries and deliver effective solutions. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, providing accurate product and service information, resolving or escalating complaints, maintaining interaction records, and meeting daily performance targets for call quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: intermediate education or higher, customer service experience preferred, excellent verbal communication and active listening. Onsite full-time position at MM Alam Road, Gulberg 3, Lahore; Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM. Salary Rs35,00–Rs40,00 per month.
