Job Description

Bake House is hiring an HR Intern to join our HR team and support daily operations. You will assist recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling), onboarding, employee records, attendance and payroll coordination, policy implementation, engagement activities, training logistics, and general HR administration. Ideal candidates are pursuing or hold a bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; freshers or those with 0–1 year experience are encouraged. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills required. This is a full-time, in-person role with night-shift availability and rotational hours in a fast-paced environment.
