Job Description

At Allianz Call Center Services (Pvt) Ltd in Islamabad, we are hiring an HR & Admin Manager to lead recruitment and retention, ensure candidate documentation, manage HR administration, handle employee relations, coach and discipline staff, coordinate payroll and budgeting with Finance, and oversee office inventory and procurement. This full-time, in-person role pays Rs80,00–Rs130,00/month. The ideal candidate has proven HR process experience and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks under tight deadlines.
