Job Description
ASK Development Limited is hiring Entry-Level Phone Banking Officers for our in-person Call Center at Citi Tower, Gulberg 2, Lahore. Provide exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls, assist with account inquiries and digital banking, resolve complaints, cross-sell banking products, ensure regulatory compliance, and record interactions in the CRM. Bachelor’s degree required; males preferred; maximum age 35. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year call/helpline experience are encouraged to apply.
