Job Description
ASK Development Limited is hiring a full-time Helpline Agent for a reputable telecom company in Rawalpindi Satellite Town. This in-person role involves answering inbound calls, resolving customer queries and complaints, processing orders and payments, and updating customer accounts. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree (or intermediate) and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills. Salary ranges Rs45,00–60,00 per month with performance-based incentives. Prior CSR or customer service experience is preferred. Location: Rawalpindi Satellite Town. Job type: Full-time, in person.
