Job Description
Full-time on-site (4 PM–1 AM) in Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. Requires Bachelor’s in Business/Public Administration or related and 3+ years’ experience, including client success or account management with US/Australia/Canada clients. Must be fluent in spoken and written English, have strong communication and relationship skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency; construction and project management familiarity preferred. Responsibilities: primary client contact, regular check-ins, tool training, coordinate internal teams, track progress, analyze feedback, maintain CRM.
