Job Description
Full-time CSR / Medical Billing Sales Representative needed in Islamabad for HA-Technologies. Handle inbound/outbound calls with US clients, close sales, coordinate billing and documentation, follow up to maintain relationships, and meet daily/weekly targets. Preferred 1+ year CSR/call center or sales experience; strong English, confident call-handling, basic computer skills; knowledge of medical billing a plus. We offer competitive salary plus commission, training, friendly professional environment, and growth opportunities. Applicants should understand insurance vs. self-pay billing, what constitutes a complete medical invoice, claim denial, and how to resolve client invoice queries.
