Job Description
Luxsit Technologies is hiring a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to manage customer complaints (email/chat/calls), customer reviews, staff communication, scheduling, interviews, training programs, monitoring, archiving, policy and procedure drafting, and supplier relations. Must have excellent English communication, strong attention to detail, and organized, structured output. Full-time, 12-month contract based in Faisal Town, Lahore, Punjab. Minimum 40–50 hours/week, six-day week; an 8-hour shift will be assigned within 12:00–02:00. Paid training (14–30 days). Post-training pay Rs400–750/hr (approx. Rs80,00–150,00/month). Benefits include paid lunch, refreshments, generous bonuses, long-term contract stability, and biannual salary reviews.
