Job Description
Cyngro seeks a Business Development Executive to generate leads on freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) and convert them into long-term IT clients. Duties include targeting potential clients, managing relationships, executing outreach and follow-ups, coordinating with technical and marketing teams, and optimizing bids and performance. Requirements: 6–12 months business development experience (IT/tech preferred), minimum 1 year international BD experience, strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and self-driven time management. Shift: 7 PM–4 AM. Location: 94 – G Main Boulevard, Block G Pia Housing Scheme, Lahore, Punjab. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs60,00 per month.
