Job Description

We are seeking an LTL Specialist to manage less-than-truckload shipments, coordinate carriers, negotiate rates, and optimize routing to reduce costs. You will track shipments, prepare and verify shipping documentation (BOLs), resolve claims, and maintain customer communication to ensure on-time delivery. Strong knowledge of freight classifications, carrier contracts, and DOT regulations is required. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of LTL experience, proficiency with TMS and shipment tracking tools, excellent attention to detail, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
