Job Description
Join The Citizens Foundation (TCF) as a Customer Care Representative. Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally; provide accurate product, service, and policy information; listen, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues; document interactions and meet performance targets; follow scripts, guidelines, and schedules. Required: strong MS Office and internet skills, excellent written and spoken English and Urdu, attentive listening, calm and polite communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking.
