Job Description
We seek a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team, develop growth strategies, and meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include implementing sales plans, acquiring new business, managing key accounts, forecasting and reporting, coordinating with marketing and operations, monitoring market trends, and ensuring timely payments and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing, 12–15 years’ sales experience with 5+ years managerial, strong negotiation, communication, leadership, MS Office; CRM a plus. Full-time, in-person. Salary from Rs100,00/month.
