Job Description
Madina Cash and Carry is hiring a Floor Supervisor. You will supervise daily floor operations, monitor staff performance, assign duties, train and motivate teams to achieve sales and service targets, and ensure shelves are stocked and displays meet standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints, monitor stock levels with the inventory team for timely replenishment, maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, support store KPIs (sales, shrinkage control, customer satisfaction), and report daily sales and issues to the Store Manager. Full-time, in-person; pay Rs40,00–Rs50,00/month. FMCG experience (1 year) preferred.
