Job Description
Max International seeks an experienced Female HR Officer to join our busy call center. You will manage recruitment and onboarding, handle employee relations and grievances, coordinate training and development, maintain records and compliance, and support team leaders with HR queries. Qualifications: MBA/MHRM or related degree, 1–2 years HR experience (call center preferred), excellent communication and problem-solving skills, fluent in English and Urdu.
