Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Support Executive for our Fin-Tech team. Provide friendly, professional support across voice, email, and chat for digital banking—handling inquiries, troubleshooting online transactions and account access, logging interactions, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining compliance. Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills, and willingness to work rotational shifts required. Prior customer support or digital banking experience is a plus; freshers with strong communication and eagerness to learn are welcome. Compensation Rs50,00–Rs70,00 per month, plus performance incentives and career development opportunities.
