Job Description

Simcoe IT seeks an energetic Assistant Manager Sales to drive B2B client acquisition from Etihad Town, Lahore. Prospect and pitch tailored recruitment solutions to HR directors and C‑level executives, negotiate and close agreements, and build pipelines via LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach. Requires 3–5+ years B2B sales (4 preferred), proven revenue results, resilience, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Full-time in-person; base Rs100,00–Rs120,00 plus uncapped commission.
