Job Description
Simply BPO is hiring a proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Rawalpindi team. Location: 1st Floor, Save Mart, Bahria Phase 2. In-person, full-time; freshers welcome. Salary: PKR 50,00–150,00/month. Responsibilities include responding promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat; maintaining accurate records; coordinating with internal teams; and delivering professional, empathetic, solution-oriented service. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, excellent English communication, strong interpersonal skills; prior call center experience a plus. Must reliably commute or relocate to Rawalpindi.
