Job Description

We are seeking an Educational Counselor to guide students in academic planning, career exploration, and personal development. Responsibilities include one-on-one advising, needs assessment, individualized learning plans, coordination with teachers and families, and facilitating workshops.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field; 2+ years of counseling or advising experience; strong communication, empathy, confidentiality, and basic data tracking skills. Preferred: counseling license and experience with diverse learners and college admissions.
