Job Description
Dubizzle Labs seeks Customer Operations Executives to support our KSA operations. You will manage ad postings, ensure compliance with platform guidelines, and maintain accurate records. The role requires communicating with Arabic- and English-speaking clients via email, chat, and calls to resolve inquiries and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline workflows. Must be fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing) and proficient in English, with strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred: a relevant bachelor’s degree and experience with Microsoft Excel and Office tools. If you are bilingual and customer-focused, we encourage you to apply.
