Job Description
Manage US-based ride requests: receive via phone/apps, assign drivers by location/availability, track trips, adjust routes, handle inquiries/complaints, update logs, and escalate issues. Requirements: prior dispatch experience preferred, strong spoken and written English, multitask under pressure, basic computer/GPS skills, knowledge of US cities/time zones, attention to detail, reliable internet and quiet workspace. Night shifts aligned with EST/CST/PST; full-time. Pay: Rs80,00 – Rs100,00/month.
