Job Description
Scarlet Leo seeks a motivated Business Development & Outreach Specialist to scale D2C brands via TikTok Shop. Responsibilities: Upwork bidding, proposal optimization, follow-ups, LinkedIn outreach and posts (cross-post to X and Instagram), lead generation, and client communication. Requirements: proven Upwork/outreach experience, strong writing and client-handling skills, independent target-driven work, familiarity with LinkedIn strategies, and must be based in Gulberg, Lahore for in-person work. Full-time with base pay plus commission. Salary: Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month.
