Job Description
Vormand (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a Chat Support Agent to drive growth, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage CRM accounts, maintain product knowledge, build client relationships, and support sales strategies. Requirements: proven chat support experience in packaging, knowledge of US/CA/UK packaging markets, strong English communication, negotiation, problem-solving, CRM and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
