Job Description
Human Capital HR Solutions seeks an experienced Sales Manager — Ceramics in DHA, Lahore. Full-time, in-person role to lead sales strategy, expand dealer/distributor networks, and strengthen relationships with architects, designers, builders and corporate clients. Responsibilities: execute sales plans, monitor market/competitors, coordinate promotions with marketing, and prepare reports to meet targets. Requirements: MBA (Marketing or related), 5+ years in ceramics/sanitaryware/tiles, proven dealer network, excellent communication/negotiation and construction/interior/retail contacts.
